During my recent stay in Bern, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. Situated just outside the city center, it provided easy access to public transport with a tram stop right outside the building. This allowed for seamless exploration of the city, especially considering that I received a Bern Ticket upon check-in for complimentary transportation within zones 100 and 101 throughout my stay.The room itself was comfortable, though a bit compact for my liking. Nevertheless, the inclusion of modern amenities like free Wi-Fi and a well-functioning shower made up for the size constraint. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing essential information about the city.One standout feature was the complimentary Bern Ticket, which not only saved me money on transport but also added a touch of convenience to my overall experience. The blend of traditional Swiss hospitality with modern offerings like free Wi-Fi and private parking made my stay truly enjoyable. I would certainly recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a practical and well-connected accommodation option in Bern.
